Opp continues to boycott Assam Assembly

The Assam Assembly is holding the question hour session on Wednesday even as the Opposition members are boycotting the proceedings a day after Speaker Pranab Gogoi expelled the AIUDF members.

Only the ruling party members were holding the question hours period in the absence of the opposition members.

Notably, the Speaker expelled the AIUDF members on Tuesday and snubbed them for craw like manner in the House where the Opposition members staged walk out.
