Nido case report in HC

The Centre and Delhi government are expected to file reports on the sensational killing of Nido Tania before the Delhi High Court on Wednesday.

Acting on a suo moto case, the high court on Monday asked the Centre, Delhi Government to file affidavit on the recent dreaded attack on Nido Tania where the victim died. Police have so far arrested six perpetrators during the last 24 hours. Three were remanded to judicial custody while two others would be produced before a local court on Wednesday.
