NHRC notice to Assam, Nagaland
The National Human Rights Commission has sought reports from Assam and Nagaland DGPs on the recent recovery of nine bodies in Dimapur. The rights panel has asked for the reports within four weeks.
On the other hand, Assam Chief minister Tarun Gogoi is set to recommend a high level probe either by CBI or NIA into the entire incident.
