NDFB strike: toll mounts to 19

The death toll in NDFB strike mounts to 19 with reports of two other incidents in Majbat and Karbi Anglong districts on Monday night. The militants gunned down two persons in Majbat area in Udalguri district. This was followed by the death of two more persons in Karbi Anglong district. The incident took place at Dokmoka where two died and several others have been injured.

Earlier,eight persons of the Arunachal Pradesh government employees, were taken off a bus and shot from point blank range at Boimara along the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border.
