NDFB-S camp busted in Kokrajhar

KOKRAJHAR: Security forces claimed to have busted a NDFB(S) camp inside a dense jungle in Kokrajhar on Tuesday.

Acting in a tip off, army, police and para military forces conducted a raid inside the Rangapara Reserved Forest near Saraibeel where the make shift camp was discovered.

At least 15 rebels were believed to have been camping in it for a couple of days. But they managed to desert it before the crackdown.

Police seized some used materials including blanket, knives from the deserted camp.
