NDFB-S cadre arrested

Security forces belonging to police and army in a joint operation apprehended a NDFB-S cadre from Takampur area under Kachugaon police station today in Kokrajhar district. 

Based on a secret information about the presence of militants, security forces conducted an operation and managed to apprehend a cadre of NDFB-S from Takampur. 

The cadre was identified as Nadip Narzary @ Daniel Narzary  of No.1 Takampur. 

He was involved with extortion, kidnapping, recruiting of new cadres  and nefarious activities in the area. 

A pistol (factory made), two live ammunition and grenade was recovered from him.
