Naba Sarania won

Independent candidate backed by Janagostiya Aikhya Manch and ULFA (Pro-talk) leader Naba Kumar Sarania(Hira) won the No. 5 Kokrajhar Lok Sabha seat at a huge votes.

Sarania defeated his nearest Independent candidate Urkhao Gwra Brahma by a margin of over three lakhs of votes.BPF candidate Chandan Brahma adjusted third spot in the election.
