Media Workshop on Legal News Reporting

he Assam chapter of National Union of Journalists has organized a media workshop on judicial news reporting in Guwahati Press Club on April 4. The programme is open for the selected reporters of various newspapers and news channels of the State. Justice (Retired) D.N. Choudhury will attend the function as the chief guest and deliver the keynote address and Pachugopal Baruah, the former Advocate General of Assam will preside over the inaugural function. Two senior advocates of Gauhati High Court, Arup Borbora and Mrinal Kumar Choudhury have been invited to attend the programme as resource persons.
