HC to hear Medi’s bail plea

Gauhati High court is expected to hear the anticipatory bail application of Kamal Medhi who has been implicated in the sensational Pranab Boro self immolation case.

Medhi, who is on the run to get rid of arrest, had to move the High Court after the Chief Judicial Magistrate rejected the plea for anticipatory bail since police failed to arrest him in the case.
