HC rejects report on Nido

In a major setback for Delhi police, the Delhi High Court today rejected the report on the sensational Nido Tania murder case.

A division bench of the court said that it was no happy with the report on the racial attack case in South Delhi last week.

The court further asked Delhi police to submit fresh report tomorrow. Taking up a suo moto case, the court three days back asked the Centre and Delhi government to file an action taken report.
