Guwahati flood toll 4

Guwahati rainwater toll mounts to 4 with a state secretetate employee Deben Nath was washed away by the river Bahini on Wrdnesday as he was crossing a bamboo bridge. The Assam government has announced Rs.400,000 as ex gratia to each of the four families.
