Global beat Bongaigaon at Kagrabari

Global FC from Gossaigaon defeated Bongaigaon XI Star 2-0 in the Tikendra Brahma and Aolang Brahma memorial football trophy being played in Sunday's match at Kagrabari ground in Kokrajhar.

For Global, Arjun Mardi scored two goals in 9 minutes and 11 minutes and led the match 2-0 in the first half. Bongaigaon tried to equalized the match, but failed to goal in the game. Rising SC from Tinali is taking on Jothai SC from Gendrabil on Monday.
