Gangrape rerun

In yet another case of crime against women three miscreants gangraped a local girl in a remote place in Sivasagar district in full view of her brother in law on Thursday night.

The shocking incident took place at Hanuman Tea Garden in Nazira when the girl was walking along with her brother in law. Local residents said three motor cycle born youths appeared on the scene and forcibly took away the girl to be gangraped.

As the local residents in large number thronged the miscreants fled from the spot. The girl was rushed to the Hiteswar Saikia Sub divisional Hospital.
