FIR against Padma Hazarika

Former Chief Minister Prafulla Kumar Mahanta’s daughter Prajaeta Kashyap has filed a complaint against Padma Hazarika charging the Sotea MLA with defaming her.

In in the complaint she filed at the Panbazar Police Station against Hazarika, she accused the legislator of unnecessarily dragging her name in the Rajya Sabha voting anomalies when he was holding a talk show a private satellite news channel on Wednesday.
