Festivity in Jorhat

Jorhat gears up for Rahul Gandhi’s visit on Wednesday.

The entire home city of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi turns into a security fortress in view of the hectic day where the AICC vice president will attend a meeting of the women Congress activists.  

Gandhi is scheduled to arrive in Jorhat at 4 in the afternoon by a helicopter and would hold the meeting with the women activists. Then he would leave back to New Delhi via Roawria.
