Daimary bail decision on Nov 25

A local TADA court in Guwahati will give its final judgment on November 25 on Ranjan Daimary’s bail petition.

The court on Friday fixed the date after it received government’s affidavit raising no objection to the bail petition moved by NDFB’s chairman who has languishing in the Guwahati Central Jail.

The court recently rejected his bail even after the government raised no objection to it.
