Cong rally on Feb 16

Come February 16. The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee will hold a huge rally in Guwahati on the youth and women empowerment in the country.

Disclosing this at a press conference in Dispur, chief minister Tarun Gogoi said the rally would counter Narendra Modi’s rally slated for February 8.

“I am happy to have learnt that Modi will visit Assam. But I am fully prepared to counter him,” said the chief minister.
