Cong happy with BPF move

A section of Congress legislators is happy with BPF’s decision to severe ties with the ruling party.

Talking to Assam Times, sources said that the party which have absolute majorityhas really no room for the coalition partners in the council of ministers.

The space vacated by the BPF minister and parliamentaries woul help Chief minister Tarun Gogoi accomodate Congress legislators at address the growing dissidence in the CLP. 

BPF anounced the decsion on Thursday after the executive meeting in Kokrajhar alleging that the Congress has done precious little for the BTAD areas.
