CLP meets on LS polls

Assam Congress legislators are holding a meet to chalk out a slew of strategies to put up an outstanding performance in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

The brain storming meet began at 11-30 in the morning at the legislators’ conference in the Assembly House premises.   

Grievances of a section of legislators are unlikely to figure in the meeting to be presided over by chief minister Tarun Gogoi. Gogoi apprised his fellow legislators of the outcome of the meeting with party vice president Rahul Gandhi.
