Case against KMSS move

A city based businessmen on Friday moved police against Akhil Gogoi and his organization a day after they forcibly occupied a huge plot of 35 bighas in Khetri alleging efforts to transfer of cultivable land to industrial purpose.

Businessman Ramavtar Agarwallah on Friday FIR against Gogoi and KMSS with Khetri police station bearing No 12/ 14. He alleged that KMSS  is trying to occupy his plot at any time hardly a week after he served ultimatum to leave their plots---transferred for industrial purpose.
