Black Widow terror: 2 killed, 3 injured in NC Hills

Tension still prevails in Manderdisa a day after the death of people when Black Widow tribal militants opened indiscriminate fire in the North Cachar village. Three people have been left injured in the strike. The militants set ablaze five houses in the incident.

According to information, the militants arrived in the village and woke up villagers who were sleeping and started firing; killing two persons and leaving three injured. The militants further later set on fire five houses. The deceased were were all Adivasi daily wage workers.The reason for the killings was not immediately known.
