Abducted teacher rescued in Haflong

Pradip Ranjan Dev,a retired teacher, who was abducted on February 7 from Haflong was rescued today by the police. Dev, was kidnapped by Lalfana Ngamlai (19), son of Roipuilana Ngamlai and Ngamlai (22), son of Ruipuilian Ngamlai of Muoldham village from Maharajpur Part 2 under Harangajao police station, Haflong around 7.30 pm. They also demanded one lakh rupees as ransom.Police have arrested the youths.
