4 indicted in Shillong sex racket

The Shillong police have charge sheeted Julius Kitbok Dorphang along with three women in the notorious sex racket they busted two months back in the capital city of Meghalaya.

Police filed the charge sheet before a special court on Thursday and all the accused are in judicial custody for running the racket from a guest house where the victim was a 14 year old girl. The supplementary charge sheet is also expected in a day or two.
