Sadhana Das passes away

Sadhana Das (69 years), wife of a benevolent social worker of Jorhat Jiten Das has left her mortal body on 21st June, 2007 at Dispur Hospital, Guwahati. She has left behind her husband, her only son Mr. Jyotimoi Das and her two daughters along with many other relatives.

The Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary in Assam's Marigaon district is known for its high density of one-horned rhinoceros and is also an important habitat for various bird species.
