Guwahati, 31st July: A five-day workshop was held manuscript preparation and painting in Sankari art form in Guwahati from July 26 to 30 under the auspices of the Department of Historical and Antiquarian Studies (DHAS) and in the precinct of DHAS , in association with Society for Srimanta Sankaradeva). Artists from Guwahati, Nagaon, Golaghat, Tezpur etc including teachers, students as well as staff of the Department of Historical and Aquarian Studies participated in the workshop.
