Sijouguri lifts trophy

Sijouguri primary beat Bongsigaon primary 1-0 in the final match of inter primary friendship football tournament held at Bongsigaon ground in Kokrajhar on  Saturday. 

The lone goal posted by Kamal Narzary of Sijouguri primary scored lone goal in 23 minutes in first half against Bongsigaon and which led the team to win in the full time 1-0.

BTC executive member Rajiv Brahma handed over a trophy,cash₹ 25,000 and a Kashi (Goat)  to the winner team Sijouguri primary.Maniram Narzary,head master of Bongsigaon High School gave away a trophy, cash 20,000 and a Kashi(Goat) to the runners up team Bongsigaon. 

Best player was given away to Kamal Narzary and Bikrom Narzary of Sijouguri was adjusted as highest scorer in the championship and each was given away 5,000 and a trophy.
