Assamese Film Day Celebrated

The first Assamese film Joymoti, produced by Rupkonwar Jyotiprasad Agarwala  was screened on 20th March 1935 at the Kamrup Natya Samiti auditorium (now known as Kumar bhaskar Natya Mandir) at Guwahati.
