The Upamonyu Hazarika commission set up to study the progress in the Indo-Bangla border fencing is on a visit to Dhubri on Sunday to take stock of the birb wire fencing work along the international border.
During his visit senior district and BSF officials apprised Hazarika of the progress of border fencing.
The supreme court set up the one man panel to make an on the spot study of the progress which will have to report the findings by June 30.
Hazarika will visit the entire border areas during the next couple of days.
