Bodo sahitya sabha convention concludes

The 40th annual convention of Kokrajhar district committee of Bodo Sahitya Sabha concluded on Sunday with two-day colorful programme scheduled at Banargaon High School ground in Kokrajhar.

The sabha discussed on issues like upliftment of Bodo language,medium and socio-economic condition of the Bodos.

A seminar on the topic of ‘work culture among Bodos in present day life’ was also organised with Dwajendra Nath Brahma,president of Kokrajhar district BSS in the chair.

Noted poet and former president of Bodo sahitya sabha Brajendra Kumar Brahma inaugurated the seminar.In his speech Brahma said that work culture should be gathered among society to creating more awareness for building standard of living and integrity.

Dukeswar Brahma, retired headmaster,Gopinath Borgoyary,ex-vice president of BSS attended the seminar as resource person.
